ESOS energy audit at a large manufacturing facility which involved the use of high temperature furnaces, welding equipment, complex air extraction systems and extensive use of compressed air. Detailed reviews on energy data and site plans, data profiling, regression analysis, energy breakdown analysis, a review of their M&T system and energy awareness practices. Two days spent on site to identify energy saving measures. The final report detailed the findings along with costed energy saving recommendations. Reports submitted in compliance with ESOS requirements.
