Task Delivered/Solution
Delivery of a comprehensive energy awareness programme over one week at a large timber processing plant. Activities included development and delivery of awareness sessions for operational shift staff, champions coaching, improving reporting and communication, review of shut down procedures and a mini energy survey. The programme was designed to provide the knowledge, skills and tools to the staff and to promote site buy in so that ongoing savings could be sustained.
